The check-in process could be improved, but overall, it was a great experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and larger than most in London. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches and the convenience of nearby food options and a supermarket.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation. The bed in the apartment was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the apartment was spacious and had individual temperature controls in every room, allowing each guest to adjust the temperature to their liking.

The process of getting the key from the host was exhausting, with demands for personal information such as a picture of my credit card and a proof of address letter. There was also no option to store luggage on the day of check-out, which was inconvenient.

Convenient walk-in shower, alongside a dryer and fluffy bath sheets provided. 🚿

The staff were really helpful, talking us through the key collection process and making it easy for us to locate the keys. The apartment itself was lovely and very quiet, making it a peaceful place to stay. One of the best things about the location was that there were plenty of good places to eat and grocery stores nearby, so we didn't have to go far for anything we needed.

That the sofa bed was a bit hard, which made it slightly uncomfortable. Another issue was that the apartment was quite far away from the main attractions, like Westminster Abbey, which meant it took us quite a while and was expensive to travel there every day.

Great location near shops, groceries, and subway stations, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing transportation. The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The access to a communal terrace was a nice added bonus.- The staff provided good communication and were responsive to requests, including providing a clothes airer promptly.

The property fell short of its advertised rating, with some maintenance issues and missing items in the kitchen. The communal areas could also do with some improvement.

It was such a joy waking up to construction noise every morning. So refreshing to find saliva-stained furniture and toilets filled with pubic hair.

I had a fantastic stay at this comfortable and convenient flat in the heart of Bayswater. The flat was surprisingly spacious and a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a welcome relief during the warm weather. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants in the area. I also loved the natural light that filled the flat through the large windows. Plus, it was just a short walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. I would highly recommend this flat for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
